Is body art (tattoo) against God's will or not? And if yes, why?
As far as I know, there is nothing in the New Testament that indicates that body art (tattoos), in of themselves, are against God's will. If the body art (tattoo) is obscene, etc. (for example, the word of "Satan", etc., then it would be wrong. Also, another thing to keep in is the motive for getting the body art (tattoos); therefore a person would need to keep in mind the principles in 1 Timothy 2:9-10 and 1 Peter 3:3-4.
